DAYLIGHT ROBBERY !!! THIS FIRM NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN , THEY DONT HAVE ANY HOLIDAYS THEY USE OTHER 3RD PARTY PROVIDER'S!!!! MISSOLD US A HOLIDAY, WOULDNT REFUND WHEN THE TRIP WAS DOUBLE BOOKED !!! AND EVEN SENT US TOBA DIFFERENT ISLAND IN THE END AND CHARGED US MORE MONEY & LESS DAYS , VERY POOR ENGLISH AND REALLY UPSET MY GIRL , TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HONESTLY !! "" STAY CLEAR !!!!!🙈

1.Booked holiday to Bulgaria. AVOID!!
2.Agreed price etc with rep who took the money over phone
3. He then said he had to pass phone over to his manager for 'verification'
4. Manager then said there were extras to pay (£100+ more) and if I didn't pay it, he wouldn't sendnme any confirmation emails of flights, hotel,, transfer ( which I'd paid for).
5. I asked why this wasn't explained by 1st contact and he gave a vague answer.
6. I asked if I could cancel and he said I'd lose most of my money if I did.
7. He was also abrupt and unpleasant to deal with.

Basically they have you 'corned'!

Therefore AVOID AVOID AVOID. SCAM SET-UP.
They don't tell you about the extra charges until you've paid.

Please don't listen to all the negative comments about parrotel lagoon in sharm myself husband and children have stayed in this hotel 4 times this year yes it's not 5* all glitz and glamour but we love it here you pay for what you get and this is a really good hotel for the money we are here now arrived yesterday weathers lovely foods ok and staff are amazing so pleased don't worry it really isn't as bad as some people make out ❤️

We went to hard rock hotel Tenerife. Outstanding hotel. 10 stars for cleanliness.
Recommend to anyone. Also the Siam water park which is superb is only 20 mins away.
Will be going back asap

We went to the Seabank in September, the hotel was lovely, great beachfront location.
Valletta is around 50 minutes on the bus and they are frequent and cheap.
Do the boat trip to Gozo and blue lagoon and include the hop on-hop off bus tour of Gozo.

Went to this hotel in June (2adults, 1 child) it was lovely.
Staff were very helpful and the food had a good selection. The kids pool was great he loved it, the main pool isn’t massive but big enough and the little kids pool is right next to it.
The buffet restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and variety, there was 3 other restaurants but didn’t get chance to try these.
Rooms were nice and spacious, beds were very comfy
Evening entertainment was brilliant, parrots, magic shows, music and fun for the adults too
Would definitely go back

I was going to book a holiday through them for 14 of us, however having read all the negative reviews, I'd rather stay away. Seems like they are working alongside scammers. Cheeky trip should do more due diligence and provide more protection for their customers

I was quoted £799 for a 5 day break which I accepted even though my budget was £700 but I accepted as the lady on the line said she will include the transfers in the price. I then paid £400 deposit and was then transferred to another department to complete the transaction but when they sent me the email to confirm details the price was now £915 after the booking fee was added that I was never told about. I said I don't accept and I want to cancel but was told if I cancel I will lose my deposit so I had no choice to accept.The following day I called customer services to complain and was told they will get back to me and I'm still waiting. Just to be clear I booked the holiday through the cheekytrip site but was then scammed by holiday globe who were working through cheekytrip

SCAMMERS!!! Do not use they will cancel your hotel , leave you with no transport and promise you things that are a lie

Was there in July really nice place and the staff are lovely and really good with my 3 year old they was doing garden work doing bits up and he was talking to the gardeners and they was letting him help he loved it and our cleaner was always leaving little gifts on he’s bed for him with sweets cos he kept leaving pictures he had made for her or when he saw her giving them to her. Only thing they needed was more kids food on the menu but if read they have added more since we was there but will defo go bck there

Flamingo Beach hotel Benidorm , great location , walkable to old and new towns but peaceful location. Great rooms and food

We have used cheeky trips a few times now. The last time we went to Portugal and stopped at the Albufeira soul hotel and spa. It was a great hotel we were all inclusive but the room was set up for self catering, really, really comfortable.i recommend cheeky trips. Great value great locations great Holidays.

I would leave no stars if I could absolutely terrible company they should be closed down ripping people off. Myself a friend and auntie saved all year for this holiday. I saw this holiday on website for Malta and told the other 2 people so we decided to book it looked up the hotel and thought it was great payed deposit then about a month later they said the rooms were not available but if we pay an extra £60 each we can upgrade room i said no we cannot afford to we are on a budget I will just have my money back. I was then told I can’t get it back because they are offering an alternative I said no you are not it is more money the person who I think was Indian was very rude and said I either pay or I loose out on the holiday I felt bullied into it so we payed. £600 each staying at pebbles St Paul’s bay Malta. Then a week before flying I get a phone call same accent to tell me there was a problem with hotel and it was over booked how can this be when I upgraded rooms. They informed me of an alternative hotel assuring me it was the same star and same location. I googled accommodation and said it isn’t in same place or same star and reviews were bad I said I want my money back to be told no the have given me the best accommodation available they could of offered worse I still said I want my money back they said I either reply to message that I’m happy with holiday or I lose my money it’s up to me so I had to agree I can’t afford to loose money I have a husband with Hodgkin lymphoma my auntie has ovarian cancer and my friend has a daughter with learning difficulties we needed this holiday. We got there to find hotel terrible and 10 minutes taxi ride from St Paul’s bay. Something needs done about this company scamming people out of hard earned cash

We stayed at the Royal Lagoons Hotel in Egypt, I would definitely go again, the food was good, the entertainment was really good, good drinks, lovely room, great pool, lovely beach. There is a little bus that takes you to the beach and back from the hotel main door every 15/20 minutes so great if you have mobility issues. We had a good time and my grandson said "he felt like he was rich" staying here haha.

I have now booked 3 holidays with my young son through cheeky trip. Everything has been smooth and the hotels have been great. Highly recommend as they are such good prices

The hotel was lovely and clean we seaview which was lovlly sitting looking over the sea. The staff were fantastic if you children the entertainment was brilliant even for us. Could fault the food had load of choices for everyone. The only thing that was at fault was the swimming clean and everything but it was freezing. I said I defo go back if they sorted the pool.

Stayed at Aqua Mirage Club & Aqua Parc staffs was so friendly and nice food was lush and weather was great would definitely visit again.
