Thank you for your review. It looks like you booked your reservation for American Airlines and selected a Basic Economy ticket which you purchased online on May 9th. According to American Airlines, Basic Economy fare tickets cannot be changed. However, you have up to 24 hours from the time you first buy your ticket to cancel and get a refund if you booked at least 2 days before departure. After 24 hours, refunds are not allowed. So unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this for you now. We could have helped you if you would have notified us right away.
