Bought a TV stand and a lamp table. TV unit delivered quickly. Small wait for the lamp table but Peter kept me updated. Nice units too.

Good comms and quite a nice unit but I've got AV components to fit in this stand , website says 199mm height BUT it's NOT it's got metal bars under the top shelf which stopped my speaker fitting in it.

Because I'd assembled it before realising the info was incorrect on their website they will NOT take it back, thankfully I've cut out the top bars and made my speaker fit but overall not impressed really at all

Simply the best online shopping experience. Ordered on the Weds, emailed them with possible suitable delivery dates the following week, got a reply within minutes stating they could deliver on Friday the same week. Who can fault that? Haven't unboxed it yet, but I'm confident that if there's any problems that they will be addressed in good time. Thanks :)

Absolutely love the Tv stand, really well packed for delivery but on opening did notice a few marks on the wood but not too distracting on assembling so decided to keep as returning would have been a nightmare. As I say not perfect but near enough.

This excellent TV unit is very sturdy, well designed with an excellent build quality. I was a bit worried about it arriving as a flat-pack but this is without a doubt the best quality self build I've ever put together. The instruction booklet is accurate and easy to follow.
Chase AV`s communication and support is great with quick replies to any email queries.

Straightforward order and delivery process. Looks good in my office setting.

Would have been 5 stars but for the need to keep touching up/re-staining the edges of the desk to maintain the overall aesthetic.

Despite this, overall good product, well priced, glad I bought it.
