I really wish I had read reviews of this website before I ordered something.
I ordered a jacket on December 5 and paid for express shipping. It's now December 22 and I haven't even received a shipping confirmation. I sent 3 messages, but no response. I'm going to file a chargeback with my credit card company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

Unacceptable!! I ordered a jacket on 11/21/2018 as a Christmas gift. 4 weeks later and multiple emails later I have no idea where the jacket is. I was sent a USPS tracking number, that for the past 2 weeks under that tracking number shows "No status" I have filed a fraud claim with my bank and have reported this company that operates under "Order plus" to the BBB. THEY ARE A SCAM!

I am still waiting after nearly 2 months for a 2 coat order. Very difficult to contact no phone numbers and even contacting through email seems like they intentionally make it very difficult. Not happy that is why I am checking the reviews to see if I have been took.

My girlfriend just got scammed aswell. Sadly she did not review trustpilot first.

Here in Denmark you can call your bank, and them to take your money back from the company, since they are clearly a scamsite.

Ordered jacket on November 8th. It’s now December 18th. Only now seeing the reviews. I have emailed them twice with no response.
Complete scam.

I would have given this even lower than a one star if possible. The items ordered took 2 months to arrive with no updates and no information provided (even in response to several customer service requests). When the men's vests I ordered arrived, they were an adult length but were the width of my 5-year-old son's chest. I requested a refund and was asked to prove that the items were not what I ordered. In response to my 3 pictures of the ridiculously sized vests, I was told that I would have to pay return shipping, that it would be very expensive, and that I should instead accept a refund of 1/4 of their purchase price and "keep it as a gift to someone who may fit it." In my 10+ years of online ordering, this is the worst experience I have ever had.

i ordered jacket 11-13-2018 and is now december 18th and i have still not recd my merchandise i beleive this company is a scam ive sent 2 emails with no response from this NEAL.ZHANG WHO IS CLEARLY AS SCAM ARTIST BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE and all the bad reviews read on this site... will have to try and dispute the charge with my credit card company and contact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ******total Scam dont

Awful quality - wrong items received. Would not refund, fought forever and escalated thru paypal. One item did not even ship. Tried to get me to pay for the return of incorrect items sent. Bogus scam company.

Was sent something that was completely the wrong size. I ordered a MEN'S MEDIUM and was sent a WOMEN'S SMALL. When trying to return it customer service took too long to reply, was unhelpful, and their solution was for me to give the jacket to someone it could fit and they would give me a nominal credit for their site so I could have the same problems.

This website is trash. I bought a coat from their website after finding them on Instagram and when I received it, it was a piece of crap. The coat is ill fitting, poor quality and not what was being advertised. I reached out to them after realizing that once you purchase something from them through Instagram, they block you and make it impossible for you to find them or post any comments. The company reached out to me and had the nerve to ask me for pictures of the item I received - I was insulted at the fact that they were questioning me on the quality of the item - do they not know what products are being sent to customers ? I sent them pictures and they responded by telling me that I would be responsible for sending back the item and paying for the shipping but if I INSIST on sending back, that I should send to Jimmy in Los Angeles, by the way, Jimmy doesn't have a last name apparently. I'm getting the feeling that trying to get a refund from them is going to be a nightmare. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM!

Ordered in November, and it's now December without a tracking number or email. I tried emailing them 3 times and no answer. Nice looking clothing, but no actual merchandise. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! Will be reaching out to credit card company for a refund.

Ordered from this company in November (order 8488), and my items were too small. I reached out to the company via email because I wanted to do an exchange. They gave me their shipping address and it was going to be $115 to ship it back!!! They offered me a “$30 credit” since the shipping was so expensive and I wouldn’t receive that for two months. This company is a total SCAM and every buyer needs to stay away and spend your money elsewhere! This company claims that their customers satisfaction is a priority yet all they want to do is scam them out of their money with a ridiculous return policy. I will continue to do what I can to make sure and spread the word that this company wants nothing more than to rip people off.

Message to everyone looking for Order: I looked on Fedex with the number they showed on shipping page and shows it'll deliver on Next week. 5 weeks past my original date, but at least i'm getting it since FedEx has it. But will NEVER order from them again.

I think this company might be a scam. My order has never shipped. They give you a tracking number that just says info has been recieved. Have been waiting 2 weeks.

I ordered from the company product worth $154 USD.
So far not delivered.

The tracking link says 'delivery failed' but that day nobody even tried nor contacted me.

Looks like either fraud or they don't care answering any emails

Stay away from them - at least until further notice
