A really good company to deal with.
In the last 6 months Charlesworth sold 2 houses that we had rented out for 25 years & their service was excellent from start to finish.
Adele was always very personable & professional, listened when we said that we particularly wanted to sell the properties to people who would live in them. One was sold subject to contract within 24 hours, before it was advertised! We really appreciated her advice & common sense & she always had time for us.
Staff were all pleasant & readily answered queries, moving things on & making the whole process as stress free as possible. We definitely recommend them!
Other estate agents fees were higher, they didn't listen to who we wanted to buy them (our priority) & instead attempted a hard sell in order to sell them quickly, valuing the properties at a lower price (knowing people who would do them up).
We really disliked the estate agent with the highest fees criticising & disrespecting Charlesworth's (who we hadn't seen at that point) & contrary to what they said photos & advertising were great.
