Terrible Communication

I started buying online around Christmas 2000, and I've bought every type of item from expensive wrist watches to swimming pool chemicals and continue to do so, but never have I come up against not only a poorly run company as Ratcatcher Tweed but a wholeheartedly dishonest one. My first order went in in late September and after a £500 order for shirts & trousers, I have come to threatening county court action against them!
He has never answered my emails, ducked phone calls, and perjured himself to Amex all the while evading repayments to me. You have been warned.

Excellent service

Excellent service
A few years ago I bought Ratcatcher moleskin trousers which still are my winter favorite. I wanted to add a few pairs in other colors, but I could not find my old order.
e-mail to CW and got a reply immediately with the size.
I ordered the trousers. But ordered, by mistake, the wrong size. Then again, immediate warning by e-mail.
This webshop is like a 'real' shop.
