Terrible service they damaged my door doing an installation of a waev charger and put a great big hole in the door frame without my permission. Then they write to my amazement ladies and gentleman regarding a pvc door frame with a hole drilled through it
The guy wrote:
Unfortunately i do not have time to be emailing back and fore over this.
If you are unhappy with the result, we can return, remove the installation and repair the frame.

Wow how do you repair a door frame with a great big hole in it if you remove a thick cable answer you can't wow!!! Becareful or you will get hussled with this lot if the reply is anything to go by I can substantiate this review with email evidence trustpilot this is an extraction of the same from the MD

got a power bank was literally 40 quid barely used it and already broke such a waste of money Im so mad and upset because I don't know what I'm supposed to do now since I can't charge my phone and I saved up for that and it's so unreliable pls don't buy from these

Brought my £49 charger the other day , first time using now . I’m testing my 5% low battery on my iPhone to see how fast it will charge . I’ve had it on charged now for over 1 hour and it’s still 5% . Not impressed as it’s not going up, it said it was super charge time on the box ..

Whether you speak to sales or customer service, you will be speaking to someone who will know exactly what your asking about. Quick and responsive. Christian in customer service was a true pleasure to deal with. Thank you again, 5 Stars for you man!

We are very happy with our Charge Tech Clean & Charge Tablet Storage Carts. Customer Service appears to need some extra help to answer calls and questions in a timely manner. Otherwise, we are very pleased with our purchase so far.

The WM9 that I use seems to be holding up fairly well with only a couple of defects. The change made has strengthened the unit considerably. The only down side is the length of time it takes to get the product in house.

Purchased this for the cell phone addicted millennials so that they can keep all their electronics charged. This is convenient, perfect size and very useful.

Trying to duplicate the same deal I got not that long ago. Not too willing to negotiate pricing and the lag time in getting back to me is frustrating. That being said - the product is terrific so far. My students love the new charging stations I placed around campus.

Great device that does not take much counter space.

Ordered 2 x 54K units. One was not working. Returned it (from Canada)
emailed shipping label & ChargeTech then shipped new unit without waiting for broken one to arrive. To bad one unit was not working but their customer service fixed it brilliantly.

Mine one broke! I am not sure what review to give.. I am not happy with the product but am glad that they heard me and sent me a new one(mine old one didnt work properly for which i got a new one;that one broke on first try itself :( )

For some reason I placed an order for two charging stations on one PO but received them through separate delivery methods which for a huge organization is almost impossible to track down... One went through UPS and made it to the dock with my name so that was easily received. The other one came in an AMAZON box.... with no details and went through USPS so I spent a good 2 hours calling people and running around trying to find the other box before I never saw it again. Very weird. I would prefer they deliver together if there is a way to change that. THANKS!
