I had my new HyperVolt EV charger installed by Andy yesterday. This was to replace an existing/faulted Ohme unit. Andy kept me informed of expected arrival time in advance. He also ran through the planned works on arrival and discussed options for location and re-use of some existing cabling. All was well explained and was work was completed to a good standard.

Appointment cancelled twice last minute. Second time the arrival time. New dates where too far out considering it was Charged EV's issue.
During the video call the space required to fit the equipment in the house was not considered so we had to fit on a wall which is unsightly and the unit is black not white so very noticeable. No consideration during the video quote for Wifi connectivity as charging point was some way from the house.

Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped get the charger exchanged and working

Lovely guy fitted our charger made no mess and it only took a couple of hours highly recommend

Rock was very neat and tidy and explained the process. Performed the job quickly and efficiently. Very pleased.
