Happy with the service. Before started using them i had constant issues with chargebacks. I was canceling any order that may be suspicious because i feared it may lead to chargeback and get me above the 1% rate.
After started using chargeblast my rate decreased to almost 0 (They don't catch Amex so it's not 100%). But i don't cancel suspicious orders anymore and overall make more money than loose.

Reached out to support for help, got connected with Sheena and she was superb and efficient. A perfect role model! If only every support person was just like her. Took us more than an hour to resolve but she was just there working silently and patiently. She needs a well deserved raise for going beyond to help me out. Absolute lifesaver. Genuinely didn't know something like this existed... At first may seem a little complicated but it's as simple as emailing them and organising a setup call and being patient as its BEYOND worth it. Couldnt be more happy with the help setting it up, just be sure to email them directly and organise it, and then within 24/48 hours max its already working.
Back story:
end of 2023 had big uptick in chargebacks resulting in Shopify holding all payouts, later releasing them and putting a "reserve of 10%" on all payments for 3 months before being released. This then continued crippling our cashflow and business... was spiralling.
Currently:
After finding Chargeblast it allowed us to Refund customers before the chargeback hits Shopify, which is a win for the customer with the easy chargeback refund. More importantly a win for you because you don't get the Chargeback on your Shopify record. Customer wins and you win, Shopify then doesn't need to stress and within under a month was able to get the payment hold released which was HUGE!!!
100% please if you are having issues don't wait for shopify to put a 10% reserve hold for 3 months and instead handle things with Chargeblast couldn't rave amount this company more. 10/10
