Charcoal has the most unique fashionable pieces that have the best quality. I buy all of my staple pieces from them and they last so long because of how good the quality is.

I like the style of the 3 jeans I ordered but sizing was off for all 3 (I bought the same size in all 3). One was extremely tight, one fit, and one was big. I also bought them at a discounted price from when charcoal gave buyers a 25% off discount from a 1 month delay in shipping from Black Friday and I asked to do an even exchange but they said they don’t offer that so I had to return (return costs are paid out of pocket) and repurchase for full price. Once I repurchase my correct sizes, I likely won’t be ordering from them again due to sizing being off, slow customer service responses, and poor exchange policy.

Love the black shorts but had to order 1 size up cotton no stretch

Top I ordered had to be returned was way too small even though I used the size guide. Also took very long to get my credit I had to send 3emails to follow up
