Horrible experience

Horrible experience. No customer service response at all. It’s been more than 22 days since I made my order and I have no delivery date sent, I cannot track the package and I’m getting no reply to my emails. I’ll never buy anything from this shop again and I do not recommend anyone deals with them.

I like Chapellerie Traclet!

I have made 3 separate purchases of flat caps recently. Chapellerie Traclet has a wide selection of caps I like. The service has been outstanding. I have received my caps here in the US in a week or less. The prices have been reasonable too!

AVOID! DO NOT TRUST!!

AVOID!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a hat 2 weeks ago. When I went to check the status of my order a few days later I noticed it said “awaiting restock” Nowhere on their website did it indicate this product was out of stock. Secondly, after contacting them with my concerns, they give inadequate and unassuring responses to my questions, even when I translated my concerns. They vaguely said they were receiving a Kangol order “next week”. At the end of that week I asked for an update and they didn’t even have the decency to respond to me until I badgered them with a couple more emails. Their automatic email saying to get in touch if I had any questions felt like rubbing salt in the wounds. After 2 weeks of simply wanting an UPDATE - JUST AN UPDATE. They refund my order, despite me not making that request if they were committed to fulfilling my order. Gutted cause I really wanted this hat and I expressed that. I was prepared to wait. Yet to receive my refund as well everyone pray I get my money back! I’d be happy to rescind this review and overlook their pathetic customer service if they actually sent me the hat!

Nous vous avons envoyé plusieurs mails a chaque fois que vous nous avez demandé des suivis de commandes.
Voici l'un de nos message auquel nous avons repondu.

Dans votre dernier message, nous avons préféré vous remboursé. Si vous ne voyez pas que le produit avait un délais alors que l'information est noté en rouge sur la fiche produit. Ensuite une deuxième fois dans le récapitulatif de votre commande, une troisième fois, une information est envoyé par mail.
Et enfin, l'information est noté sur votre espace client.
Merci de nous dire comment vous le signaler afin d'améliorer la prise de commande.

I do not want a refund if you genuinely are willing to fulfil my purchase request. But it seems like you haven’t actually read or understood my message despite translating it for you. It also seems like you aren’t committed to sending me my hat. Give me an update

Although I was misinformed about the…

Although I was misinformed about the delivery time (it took much longer than expected. I eventually got the hat and it was exactly as on the site I am very happy with the product. But they should give better time indications.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Don’t buy from them!
I should’ve known better. I would not buy anything from this French Company if I had read the BAD REVIEWS of this company.
I bought a hat in 5 August. I wrote to them 11 days later to ask them how can I track my package since I’m buying it from Singapore. Typical of a French behaviour, no rely.
So I left them a message via IG messenger, they did reply and confirmed that they’ll deliver in 2 weeks time.
3 weeks has passed and I decided to write to them via IG to enquire about my hat on 28 August. No reply.
I checked the status of my message, they “seen” it. I checked their latest post on IG and they were active 9 hours before.
In other words, this is a company that didn’t operate on robots but human - just plain lazy and typical of French “couldn’t be bothered” to reply.
I don’t care about my hat anymore at this stage. I just want my money back and I hope someone picks this up quickly.

Be careful of this company

We placed the order in September 2022. One item was not available and we asked for a refund. It took 2 to 3 weeks for response to our many emails. Most were ignored. We finally received our refund 3 months later. Please be careful of placing an order with this company.
