UK Deed Poll Service Reviews 

NOT RELIABLE and VERY SUSPICIOUS
I called them to enquire about changing my name online.
Lady was quite terse on the call and only supplied me with the bare basics of information. Next thing she said she"d send me an SMS with their link - to which I'm still waiting for an hour later.
I find it quite bizzare that she informed me that NO ID was required - not a Birth Certificate, DL nor PP in order to prove my existence to change my name.
I called the number on their website to double check everything and the number would not connect.
Hence to say I used the official GOV.UK website instead. Would not trust this service with my bank card details

The first deed poll didn't arrive. I contacted the company who were apologetic and said they would send out another one. The second one was sent without paying any postage! Contacted the company again who are not responding to my messages. Very poor service.

Before placing my order, I had a really good experience with this company because they were probably the only one giving useful info from their online support, and quite surprisingly they were pretty responsive too, as I asked a few questions, all got replied to in a few hours.

So I asked about the deed poll for my child, and got some professional answers, so I ordered a "child deed poll pack" and got the confirmation email stating the same. I received the papers two days after, but it has nothing about parental consent (which was mentioned by their professional online support). It's simply a deed poll for adults.

I replied to the same support thread, giving my order number, and there was no response. I started a new online chat, maybe they saw my IP address, so I got no response as well. I went to their Facebook page asking for help, also no response, and finally, I saw another customer had exactly the same situation. So, I am the latest victim.
