I have been trying to purchase a house in Herefordshire, cash buyer nothing to sell. The agents Chancellors have been totally useless, have no communication, and fail to respond to emails. Sellers and Buyers beware.

Leo showed me round a flat a few days ago, he was kind enough to allow me to return several times to satisfy myself on various points before I made an offer.
My offer has now been accepted and I am grateful to him for his understanding, patience and professionalism during the process. Thank you, Leo!

On Friday 29th July, my wife and I viewed a bungalow in Kington, Herefordshire accompanied by Leo Humphrey.
The property did not meet our requirements, so we will not be proceeding.
However, we must make you aware of the excellent manner in which Leo conducted the viewing. He is to be commended on his attitude knowledge and affability. In this regard, he is also joined by the rest of his branch colleagues we have had dealings with.
