No exchanges

Sent the wrong size item but they refuse to do exchanges. So due to a mistake I didn't make I had to return my items. Then wait for my refund. Then I had to make another order and pay again for delivery. I decided to just return the item and source another from a different clothing store.

My experience with Champion.eu

So I ordered some clothes on the 2nd of January, I check the shipping link (the shipper was DHL by the way) every couple of days or so, and then my package, as the website was saying, was driving from Germany to Poland, but never got registered to have arrived in Poland. That was January 8th, like a week later, after it was still stuck, I reached out to DHL, they said, that It might be traffic or maybe customs, a few days later after nothing moving, I wrote again to DHL, now they said, that they don’t even have my package, that felt weird, but DHL asked me to reach out to the seller for more info, so on January 22 I wrote to Champion.eu’s email support, I kindly said, that that was my problem, DHL told me to reach out and I said, that I’d love to know what’s going on. Then, without any response, I wrote again on January 24th, but now I said, that I’d like to know if my package is coming, and if not, am I getting a refund, if my email is not replied to by the 26th, I’ll reach out to EU consumer protection channels. They replied- but only on the 29th, they promised a refund, on February 2 it came through, so I got my refund, but with how slow responses take, I risked almost 400 euros, I wouldn’t do that if I were you.

Champion mens Underwear Boxer Briefs Total Support Pouch - review

I had always liked Champion products. Have not purchased many recently. But, because i am into ball support underwear - I purchased some of their boxer briefs total pouch support.

They are tight and hold things in place. I use them only for working out at the gym. For everyday wear, I go with Shinesty or Me Undies. These are really restrictive.

They are cotton, wash well, and are good for gym.

The socks wear poorly and are absolute TRASH. I contacted the company and was told THAT THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR MERCHANDISE. I am a former longtime customer.

Non-existent customer service

Non-existent customer service - placed a large order just before Christmas. When going through the package, I noticed 4 products were missing, while we gained an extra one we didn't order (and wanted to return). I emailed customer services, listing the missing and extra items and asking for this to be resolved. As not to muddle the process, I didn't start an official return for a couple of things I also wanted to send back. Not having heard from the CS, I turned to their return portal, only to not be allowed to start the return, even though I was well within the 14-day return period. Emailed CS again with this issue, no reply. The Chatbot also doesn't work, as others experienced. This was not our 1st time ordering from Champion and we didn't have a bad experience previously. Ironically, when we ordered for the 1st time (about a year ago), there was very little CS related web information, and the return process was a bit clanky. Now, it seems the company cares very much about their customers' experience but only 'on the paper' with no actual action. Sad..

Extremely Poor Service!!

I am extremely disappointed with Champion customer service. According to their own return policy, orders placed between 17 November and 23 December qualify for an extended 45-day return period. My order falls within this timeframe, yet their return portal does not accept my return. I have sent email after email to customer service and have received no response whatsoever. There has been zero effort to resolve this issue or even acknowledge my messages.
The automated online chat is a waste of time.... they take your name, email - then no one comes back to you! Tried it numerous times in case it was a technical glitch, but still the same - no response at all.
Even tried FB message as not getting anywhere on any of their 'contact us' platforms.
Customer service is VERY VERY poor and the lack of communication is totally disgusting. I am still waiting to hear back from them after 2 weeks of messaging them.
I don't usually write reviews, but was so disgusted with Champion, I felt I had to.
I'm sharing my review, so other customers are aware of the issues you may face if you need to make a return.
I have items that need refunding due to their colours online being nothing like the item in person. But currently out of pocket!!
Worst service I have ever used. Would not recommend!!!

This company is an ultimative scam, products are not getting shipped and money is not getting refunded. They will leave you on read and hope that you will just give up so they can keep the money and the purchased products. This company is probably commiting fraud and their customer service is horrific

Good overal, might be slower to arrive

I wanted to write a review because after placing an order and seeing the rating I was afraid I would never see my order arrive. I ordered a pair of shoes and 3 pair of socks. The first week the status of the order remained on 'unfulfilled', understandable as it was black friday, and christmas holidays are approaching. I wrote an email to ask for an update, and the next day the order was shipped. Overall, I would have appreciated a bit more communication, but after 3 days I had an email back telling me that the order was on its way - and I must say it arrived very quickly. Also convenient that I could ask to deliver it in a pick-up location. So good experience overall.

We placed a large order during the Black Friday sale for Christmas gifts. One of the items did not arrive, and when we questioned the support team, they kept insisting that the item had been shipped and delivered. Yes — the package was delivered, and we received everything except one item (the vest).

The team keeps apologising and saying they understand our frustration, but we still have no real solution.

This was our first time ordering from Champion, and unfortunately, it has become our first and last. We are extremely disappointed as first-time customers.

Champion - Absolutely useless!!

Absolutely useless service. I ordered two sweatshirts from Champion and heard nothing for 10 days, only when I chased them up was I eventually told the items had been “lost in the post”. Without asking what I wanted to do, they cancelled my order and refunded me, as if that made everything fine. Judging by the mountain of complaints about their shoddy quality, it seems I actually dodged a bullet, but that doesn’t excuse the complete lack of competence. Truly the most disappointing online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Avoid.

Bought four sweatsuits from champion, big mistake. Quality of the material is the worst I ever saw in 50 years. All of it shedding in large clumps. Followed the directions on the tag. Don’t buy this cheap junk or you will be sorry.

I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible product, two hoodies-same cut different size. Difference in fabric thickness, size L is bigger than XL. Shipping and handling not refundable. Needless to say i will never order from them again.

ROSS CHAMPION - STAY AWAY

Without doubt the WORST experience ever at a panel beater. Not only did they keep our Rav for over 3 months (wrong parts ordered) but it when it was eventually ready for collection - there were still parts missing. And damage to our engine

I would give them no stars if possible

I would give them no stars if possible. Items I ordered two weeks ago are sitting in a FedEx warehouse since July 5th. Champion customer service referred me to FedEx. FedEx indicated there was a label issue (mid delivery??) and needed Champion to contact them. Champion customer service would not contact FedEx but refused to issue a refund for another 3 days. I will never order from Champion again.

Disappointing service!! No way of contacting anyone in this company

I made an order on the 16th and was emailed that it would arrive on the 20th. Waited a couple of days and item is in Italy stuck in customs due to the company giving incorrect paperwork for parcel. Spoke to FedEx who were very helpful and they advised me to contact Champion as it was stuck in customs due to Champion's error. Only problem is the number on their website is Italian and doesn't work. I've emailed them a few times and after a few days no reply. Spoke to Uk store in London to see if they could help and they couldn't. Their online chat on their website doesn't work. They don't reply on X or Instagram either. I went on their US site and they only have info for US customers. So completely stuck now! Don't bother buying from them just unnecessary stress!

Champion is no longer a Champion!

I have enjoyed Champion athletic wear for a very long time. The quality is now subpar and contacting customer service was a nightmare. #1: The 800 # is not working, it stays in a continuous loop. #2: No one replied to an email about a return. In fact, there was no information available to begin processing a return. #3: Since it was a month from the purchase date and I was unable to contact anyone, I had to stop payment with my bank. The next day I had responses on how to start the return process. The entire time from purchase to refund was well over 40 days of disappointment and frustration. I did email them about the experience, either it wasn't a working email or they didn't care to respond. I have received 3 rate your purchase emails though!!

Terrible product and service!!!

Terrible product and service.

I ordered a reverse weave hoodie from Champion.

It’s shrank after 1 wash. I followed all the instructions on the label.

The item is no longer wearable and champion have only offered a partial refund of 50%

Do not buy their products unless you can guarantee a full refund if the item is faulty.

Terrible service and terrible product.
