I went to Challenge to get some raw materials to repair my fence. Despite my lack of technical details, Andy was extremely helpful and perfectly understood what I needed. He ensured that I had everything I needed and explained how to go about the repairs in a friendly, knowledgeable way that was so easy to understand.

Brilliant help from Challenge Woking....last minute on Friday before Christmas needed some sort of rustic panels to replace our broken forest school den in time for our Chrudtmas event 3 days later Andy brilliant on phone identifying 4 panels for us, then the team straight away delivered so we had Santas grotto ready for Mondays event. So grateful...we were in a panic and everyone was do helpful!

They handled my order with their usual efficiency. Andy was easy to deal with.

Ordering was straight forward. Delivery was within 24hours. Driver and assistant were polite and co-opertaive with respect to where to store the panels and posts. Quality of what we were supplied was good.
