Order saw chains over six months ago and still have not received. When you call them they are always coming in two weeks. Will not refund you it’s a scam stay away.

I placed an order on March 4. Website said they had item and they would send a tracking number in a few days. 2 days later they send message item is on backorder and they will not get item for 2 weeks. So that means I MAY receive the item maybe in 3 weeks delivered to my door. I called and told them I did not wish to wait 3 weeks to get my item and asked to cancel the order and they said they could not cancel the order. No where on the order form did it say item was on backorder and it would be 3 weeks before I would get it. I am warning everyone do not do business with this or other online companies that do not physically have the item for sale. From now on I will call and talk to someone before placing any online order. Lesson learned the hard way.

I bought a cordless electric chainsaw off Google it was delivered with parts missing it was supposed to have 2 sawblades there was none.tried to contact the seller no chance then contacted Google waste of time. I now have a product that I can't use. Dai sloan Swansea

Only reason I gave 2 stars (not 1) was because my part actually came, after sweating it for a week. Very shady stuff going on here. I called a few times. First 2, no answer, third a guy picked up and I asked if I could cancel my order. He said it already shipped. I asked for tracking and he hung up. Next call a lady picked up, was very vague, and said check my email tomorrow. Again odd. So I looked up the address, was a house. Then googled the phone number, linked to other websites. I thought I was screwed. Surprisingly enough, my parts came though. Other thing odd about the sites, reviews look in-house generated. In the end I was SHOCKED my part actually came. I got lucky.

Shady Operation Behind Multiple Sites - Absolutely would NOT recommend. This company operates multiple websites under different names but routes everything through the same phone number: (561) 880-4022. I placed an order and only then found out the item was back ordered for a month. When I called to ask questions, the rep refused to even tell me the company's name, wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor, and gave me the runaround. That alone tells you everything.

Total lack of transparency. Feels like a bait-and-switch scam designed to take your money, sit on it, and deliver... maybe... someday. If you value your time and money, do yourself a favor and stay far away from anything associated with this number or warehouse.

Now it has been ten days since ordering. My order still has not been shipped and they wont give me a refund.

What a disaster. Misrepresentation and lies
1) their website on a Google search shows free shipping, there isn't any.
2) they stated the parts were IN STOCK, using text chat, they were not.
3) shipping 3-4 days. On day 4 they said they shipped the item, USPS still has not picked it up, they only created the label.

Terrible customer service. They took my payment and never shipped the items after charging my card. Then, they went dark and refused to respond to my emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

There do not show a valid physical address and have multiple domains - very sketchy!
