Ordered on 27/2/26 now 7/3/26 have not received goods.
Tracking number unable to clarify as Royal Mail states “This is a 1st or second class untracked service.”

I’ve taken a look into your order and here’s what we found:
Your order was placed on 27/02 and dispatched the same day via Royal Mail 1st Class. This service only scans parcels upon delivery, so it’s normal for Royal Mail to show “untracked service” with no tracking updates. It appears the parcel hasn’t arrived yet, and we’re really sorry for the delay.
If you could please contact us at general@urbanmoto.co.uk, we’ll be happy to resolve this for you straight away — whether that’s resending the item or arranging a refund.

Late delivery
I’m giving this three stars as my delivery is going to be late despite ordering before 12pm for next day delivery this is now not being delivered till Saturday
