I purchased Northwave Razer Shoes 2019 and Cube AMS100 MTB 2019. The shoes were fine, but the completed MTB had many problems: missing grommets for internal routing, fixing bolts at a very low torque, an old dirty bolt with an incorrect length, fixing a derailleur wire with an incorrect way, incorrect usage of front shifter for two speed. The response of CRS in Japanese was a kind of quick and fine, and they sent me the missing parts and offered a small gift voucher. However, it means that the CRC check list attached to the MTB, which said everything is OK, was meaningless. There was no report on why it happened. Furthermore, although it was equipped with Shimano XT group set, the shift outer cables were those from a different manufacture.
It should be noted that disc brake rotors were not XT but SLX, which may not be a lie since there was no information on the disc rotors on the web site. In addition, it seemed that the cables for lockout for FOX suspension were not from Fox, since the ends of the outer cables were trimmed so that the diameter of the outer cables fits to the FOX lockout lever. Those may be on a borderline about reliability, but it is surely unkind on the web-site information. As a result, just buying shoes or parts from CRC may be OK, but I cannot recommend buying completed bikes. I hope that the CRC checking process for completed bikes will be normalized, or this was exceptional case only for me.

I got an additional apologetic mail, which showed that they would improve the check process before sending completed bikes.

This smart trainer worked fine with Zwift, Rouvy and Kinomap.

This model does not output cadence.
You need to add a cadence sensor.
Cadence of the T-6300 seems to be disabled with the latest firmware, and I feel that ERG mode does not work either.
I think the power value is lower than the PowerTap 2.4+.
Power and speed are not output with ANT+ legacy. Pairing is possible with ANT+ FE-C and Bluetooth FTMS.
Reproducing a gradient of up to 10% is not enough. I want at least 14% to be reproduced.
I think the operation sound is quiet if you use the trainer-dedicated tires.
The roller contacting the tire was damaged. I repaired it with a file.
This product may have a quality check problem.

Shipping is not late for Japan. There is a lot of kind of clothes. But sometimes I can't choose my favorite things.

Their site is localized to my language as well as currency so very easy to choose what I want, though I understand English. They dispatch my order quickly and could receive them within reasonable days later. Only my slight disappointment was that they accepted cancellation of order within 5 minutes only according to customer service. I realized a missing order and asked them to add it a day later before shipping but was not accepted. I am a human being and make mistake sometimes but 5 minutes seems to be too strict and never heard in Japan such strict claim policy.

I bought Bell Z20 Reflective Helmet size "s" .
It is alittele bit shallow,especially the back of the helmet.

The shape, weight, fitting is grate.

This is good tire.

Shimano products are not available, so there is no appeal.
