I ordered a Topeak Frontloader and received it the day after.
I ordered a Topeak Frontloader and received it the day after!
The Frontloader was very hard to find in any online or physical shop at the time, and, where available, it usually came with weeks-long shipping times.
It was not available ChainReactionCycles as well, but I had the option to subscribe to the item and receive an email in case of availability.
The day after, I received that email, ordered it, and selected 1-day shipping. I received it in one day, in Italy.
I can safely say it's one of the best online shops I ever tried.

First Purchasing experience: very disappointing
It's when something goes wrong that an e-commerce company can show if they can make a difference. CRC made a difference.. in negative. Initially, shipping of the product was delayed on their end: no information whatsoever. Slow responses and canned answers (well written no doubt, but completely useless). When the product was shipped there were additional issues with the courier_ again no information and no follow up. They promised to open an investigation but never closed the loop. I had to deal with it directly with Fedex and was able to receive the product a month after placing the order. I worked in e-commerce myself and I know this moment is difficult, but they are failing the basics. It could be ok for UK natiowide shipping, but a complete disaster for international shipping. Will avoid it in the future.
