I made an order of Fox fork on last 21st January and since today , 13 th February nothing happen , no delivery and no one explain/contact me what happen .
If I spent more than 1K€ as is ,I need to have another reaction !

Delivery went wrong...twice!
Extremely bad experience, I've waited 3 months for my parcel to be delivered and at the end I haven't received anything. They tried sending it to me twice but couldn't manage to get the address correct. The courier was unable to make the delivery so the parcel was sent back to them both times. I understand it might go wrong the first time, but you must pay more attention the second time. They blame their shipping company, but in my opinion if a shipping company messes up the addresses they should change their job and CRC should change their shipping method. If you live in Italy your parcel will most likely not make it to destination. Obviously I will never order from them again!
