This is the biggest shower of rogue cowboys out , they sell furniture that is fit for homeless people to use and even then I doubt if they would be thankful for IT . They CANNOT accept that the crap they are peddling can have any faults , I have a mattress from them and not even had it 3 months when I started feeling the springs through it . Any reputable company that put that puts their customer satisfaction at the heart of their operation would at the very least come and see what the problem is , NOT THEM , and the gobby c*w they have answering the phones deliberately speaks over you and WILL NOT listen to anything you have to say but when you're lining your pockets and don't want the profits taking a hit then you wouldn't listen and we all know why any company wouldn't listen ?because they would hear the truth AND THEY CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH about the crap they're selling .
