Expensive shipping
The price for the photobook was higher than other comparable sites. But the worst thing was that they did not tell me the additional price for shipping - doubled compared to other sites - before I had finished the layout of the entire book (after hours of work), making the total price about 50% higher than on other sites.

It is possible to find the shipping costs on the website before you make the photobook.
If you do not want your photobook or if you are not satisfied, I would ask you to contact customer service, support@cewe.se, and use your 100% satisfaction guarantee and get your money back.

I ordered the photobook with spiral binding and it's just wonderful! Excellent quality, so I'll most likely order another one soon. Delivery was on time as promised.

The print does not give the picture justice
I ordered thank you cards to the people acknowledging my graduation. But the photos on the card are made up by a lot of big pixels. They aren't sharp nor clear, the print really does not give the pictures justice. I'm very unhappy with the results of this order.

Quality is perfect
Quality is perfect, but 4 days to print photos is normal only for Swedes, not the rest of the world. With online order they print cards somewhere (1 day) and deliver to your city (2-3 days). Why?!
