Fun and easy
I created a photobook. I've done it many times before. It's fun and it's easy to work with this program. My books turn out so nice! I've created vacationbooks, birthdaybooks, housebooks... If I need help in any way I get the answers I need right away.
It's easy to order the books and I usually get my books in 1-2 weeks.

Ordered my pictures to be delivered to…
Changing my rating. Realized it was probably my error that the delivery didn’t go to a pickup point.
Ordered my pictures to be delivered to a pickup point since I wouldn’t be home at home delivery times. And they were still sent home when I wasn’t there. Now I have to wait for a confirmation to be sent by paper home before I can get my pictures. That set me back 3-5 days.

Smooth purchase and delivery. Only thing I can remark on would be to receive more updates regarding the postal service as I didn't receive any updates for 5 days, although I realize that is probably the responsibility of the postal carrier.
