Great response time and communication

The return policy makes me not want to shop here anymore. I'll pay return shipping but the restocking fee is ridiculous.

in japan, that shoes is difficult to get, even if we go to the shop in the center of Tokyo.

It was the worst experience ever. I ordered two pairs of Premiata sneakers because I always order two pairs because I have a thing about good luck if I order two pairs of shoes so I ordered two pairs of shoes and I pay for them after a few days they sent me an email that one of the shoes was canceled by Cettire and I tried to cancel theothe pair because I don’t want bad luck by ordering only one pair and they said that i could not cancel it but I could return it so I waited till I receive that pair and I sent it back and then they told me that they are deducting almost $90.00, $28.00 for shipping and more than $50.00 for restocking and it shouldn’t be done because they are the ones who canceled my second pair otherwise I will have kept both pairs and I sent a few emails and I told them either send me both pairs and keep my money or refund me all the money because you have all the shoes. They didn’t have any other pair of permiata sneakers in my size, they also took a while to refund me the money of the pair that they cancelled. so it was just a really bad experience. Never never gonna recommend this company unless they change and they try to take care of their customers thank you bye-bye

After an exhaustive search I was unable to find the specific Birkenstock footwear I wanted in my size anywhere online except at Cettire! Price was competitive and delivery was prompt. Of note, you do have to be home to sign for the delivery, which was not an issue for me but might be for others. Oddly, I did order two pairs of shoes (in order to have free shipping), but they came as two separate deliveries a day apart.

Delivery and shipping taxes were much too expensive comparing to another retailer. It cost me more than the third of the price. Outrageous.

- Not enough refund policy communication on front end. I lost $200 on a return. I expected a return fee, lost shipping, and even a restocking fee... but the other huge deductions were a huge surprise. I've purchased designer items at Senser, and they tell you exactly how much you're going to lose if you return it... that is good customer service. Yoox doesn't have any hidden return deductions except shipping. Please just tell us upfront... we will probably still buy things, but knowing builds trust. Not knowing means I can only buy things from Cettire that I've previously tried on in real life, which is a significantly reduced number of items.

Very slow shipping (over one week) and also one of the items did not arrive because it was out of stock. Surely this should be known at the time of ordering.

Cause I returned my package weeks ago you guys emailed me said yu have the package but I still don’t have my refund

I find it real ridiculous how you send me an item which is way too small on how my stuff normally fit, especially from a designer I know my size in then gonna charge a customer to return the item. Yh I done with you guys, so many more website as to choose from.

Half the time they waste 2 weeks of your time then cancel the order saying the item's out of stock. Yet a week later the same item's available to purchase on their site still.
