Order two pair of shoes a week apart and both pair ran small. Instead of the option of exchanging the shoes you have to send them back which takes almost a week coming from the states. After a week you have to wait 10 days for refund and you lose about $100 bc they don't reimburse you fully. So, imagine having to do it twice! Maybe, give descriptions if shoes usually run big or small. Bad experience over all!

I paid 106€ for a pair of shoes, they were too small, to return them i would only receive half of what i paid, 58€. Very disappointed and I won’t order anything from them again.

Overcharging of returning an item if you’re not sure of what you are getting, please don’t buy it from here after if you want to return it they take $28 of returning the item and 15% on top of that for processing fee. You lose most of your money and they have no customer service to speak directly to please don’t buy it from them.

Merch was delivered before time with no issues. It was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday, but came 2 days early. I was quite surprise, also I save a lot using Cittire.

I made a purchase for $512, the size wasn’t good, and I had to return it to get another one, they only refunded me $ 391, for me the policy return is ridiculous, it only to steal people’s money.

I bought a pair of cropped jeans this time. The shop shipped them to me quickly.

No response to my request to exchange for a different size and too many fees to return. Will not buy from here again.

I bought a discounted bag with an obvious dent in the front panel. Their solution to this is to return this item. But in that case I would lose the discount price plus pay for a shipping fee if I repurchase it....In the end, they offered 5% off and then 10% off refund for final call. I just don't feel good about this, they should bare their QC fault and exchange it for me instead.

Fast Delivery easy returns

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a Giuseppe Zanotti Hoodie, but received a Clubb Short instead. Even though the DHL label explicitly states the hoodie, the warehouse sent the wrong item. Very poor fulfillment accuracy.

Way overpriced!!!! I returned this item since it didn’t work and I was charged over $100 on fees!!!!!! I will not be shopping cettire again.

Received the wrong items, all the communications with the customer service is auto-mated, and does not make sense...

the company help me with a technical issue related to my online order (email misspelled so they help me with correction so I was updated on my order journey). Product beautiful, the shippment was very short, on time, the order recevied without any damage.
