Very good and very professional service!
Bought a new pan from Cervera, everything went really well, from service to pick up point everything was well taken care of, cannot recommend them enough! Also really like how detailed the descriptions are from all the goods in the website, helped me a lot for making the best decision with my new pan.

Ordered weeks ago, no updates. Disappointing customer service.
This is the first order I've made with Cervera. The website claims that orders will be shipped within 2-3 days and that customer service responds within 2-4 days. This is obviously not the case before Christmas.
I ordered a Christmas gift for a family member in late November. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have only received an order confirmation. I've enquired twice in writing via their customer service portal and no response. I have also called several times and waited 20+ minutes without reaching anyone. In contrast RoyalDesign (where I usually order online) who will inform customers on their website of expected delayed shipping of specific items before ordering and send updates straight way when they experience unexpected delays, Cervera has not communicated at all about the order since I purchased and paid for the item.
Communicating with customers about the delays in shipping and communicating with realistic timeframes about how long customers should expect to wait to hear back via email and on the phone would make the customer's experience much more satisfactory.

Not shipping items
Ordered over three weeks ago, have not gotten notice of shipment. Phone is not answered, they hang up on their side. Email service is not answered. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Cooking pans
Both the pans I bought are of excellent quality & not too heavy. They heat up quickly on induction. One is steel & the other carbon steel which is better for health than non stick Teflon. I am happy with my purchase.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service.
A ~15-position order of goods of over 5000 SEK, all marked as ‘available’ and assumed for delivery in 2-4 days has not been delivered in 2 weeks to the exception of 4 positions that have been delivered in 13 days.
I have neither been contacted nor been able to contact customer service via telephone or email - phone calls end with hanging up on their side, e-mail is unanswered. Looks like a fraud rather than an online store.
