Slow/non-functional test engines and incorrect material

Ordered test questions for Microsoft AZ900 exam. Tried both the native and online test engine and both were horribly slow and would not save sessions due to a host error. I emailed their support and outlined the issues I was experiencing. I requested a refund due to the issues, and the fact that I found several questions with wrong answers.

I received a reply from a spoofed email address which included a monetary scam message claiming to be from the International Monetary Fund, asking for a fee to claim my $500,000. The actual email reply from certmagic.com support did not address any of my reported issues, and instead directed me to download the updated exam rather than refunding my purchase for the bad/outdated exam engine.

I went ahead and downloaded the "updated" exam as directed, only to find that the same issues presented. I don't anticipate receiving a refund or additional support, so I opted to leave this review so that others are aware.
