I was going to order a chain and braclete form here lucky I saw the reviews I will defo not order now and they use Evri the worst delivery company don’t know why they don’t use Royal Mail for expensive jewellery never order of her as Evri will steal your parcel

I placed an order for a tracksuit for my son’s birthday which was delivered the next day. The quality is fantastic but when he put it on the hoodie was too big. I then discovered the exchange/ return terms are within 14 days of receipt so I was unable to request this. I reached out to their customer service team to see if they could help and Ryan was kind enough to provide me with a return extension so that the exchange could be made. I’m very grateful as this has made my son very happy and stopped me from losing money on a hoodie that cannot be worn.

Put on their returns portal that once you get store credit you can’t change it - this suggests that YOU as the customer cannot change it on the return yourself. I no longer wanted store credit as I cannot find anything on their website, no new drops so I wanted a refund. I check their returns policy on their website and can see that it states it’s not a problem to change your mind. It also does not state anywhere that you cannot cancel the store credit and that this is the only thing you have once you tick this option. Very misleading and no confirmation of this on your official policy. You tick a box on the RETURNS portal which is a third party which suggests you cannot change it there. Spoke with customer services after I explained my concerns of misleading returns policies on their own website and they just said you selected this, hope this helps! Well no it doesn’t - I’ll be opening a chargeback for this through my bank as I returned the goods and your own returns policy does not state anywhere that this cannot get cancelled.

After having my parcel being lost by Evri (not Cernuccis fault) I contacted support and after getting in contact with Ryan he managed to get me a new order sent out the same day

I will preface this by saying that i have spent a lot of money for various high quality products from this company. Bought a hoop earring with a value of 853,43 SEK, clearly written on their website. In this order i applied a campaign code for "Buy one, get one free" and paid the same amount, but for the other item in my cart.
~10 months later the clasp will not close, despite normal wear and use.
Perfect example for the "Cernucci Gurantee", right?
I get in touch and explain.
They grant it, but say that they cannot replace it since it is out of stock and instead offers me store credit (for half the value).
I say that i have no plans to purchase any products at the moment and that if they cannot replace it, then i want a full refund to my original payment method.
They reply back stating that they "...do not offer refunds for items which have been worn.".
I point out that i have not recieved a product matching their quality claims and they are unable to fulfill their own guarantee. Therefore a full refund is in order.
They basically say to wait for a restock or accept the credit. I give in and accept the credit. Only to then realize that i'm only getting half of the value. I look back and see the agents inital reply "In this case I am happy to offer you store credit for 100% of the value of your item.". So i point this out along with "First your product fails, you cannot source a new one, you refuse to give me my money back and you only supply me with half of what i paid, as store credit."
Unacceptable.
They now claim that "the value for one item is 50% of the bundle."
Which makes zero sense since they offered me "...store credit for 100% of the value of your item..." - math is not mathing.
So they are backtracking and refusing to help me with an acceptable solution given the circumstance. They also refuse to have the case escalated despite me asking numerous times.
I will never shop here again and advice people to stay away from this company.

Cernucci is not just a brand it’s a movie. The jewelry, the clothes, the whole vibe is different. Every fit looks more expensive when you wear Cernucci. The quality is crazy, the details are clean and everything got that luxury main character energy. Definitely one of the hardest brands out right now.

I ordered two items using their 'buy-one-get one free' offer (order number 1608522) for a man's bracelet and a pair of baguette earrings. As soon as the order went through, the earrings were not on the confirmation so I immediately contacted their customer care email to ensure the missing items would be included in the order as per their offer. There is no contact number for this supplier which is already a red flag in it's own right, and the customer service emails take 48 hours.
The customer service finally came back to me and just said the free items were not in my basket so they are doing nothing and not honouring their own deal. There is absolutely no legitimate reason why they could not have sent me the missing items , they have simply chosen not to.
I would seriously suggest avoiding this retailer if this is what they think is a fair & decent way to treat customers.

Despite having a really stressful delay with my Evri delivery, I have to give credit to Cernucci customer support for how they handled everything. Francesca was really helpful throughout, kept responding to my emails, refunded my shipping costs and eventually helped resolve the issue when the parcel finally arrived.
The situation itself was frustrating but the customer service was understanding, professional, and genuinely supportive the whole way through. Really appreciate the help and I still love the products and the brand overall. Thank you!

Had notification from Evri that parcel was being sent back but didn’t state a reason. 4 weeks later still nothing so I contacted evri and they were useless and said I need to contact the sender. Sent and email got a professional response saying they were happy to send me a new top. Spoke to Beth, very helpful, great customer service.
