I ordered a few items, but they were damaged or lost in transit, which honestly did not surprise me since it was handled by Evri. Even though it was a stressful moment, Francesca was extremely helpful. She arranged replacements straight away and made the whole situation easy to resolve. I would happily recommend her because she genuinely supports her customers. In the end, I received good service and a good product.

Unfortunately I had delivery issues and didn’t receive my order due to Hermes, but Ryan at the Cernucci customer service team was amazing help and resolved the matter really fast. Thank you so much!

Didn’t recieve any of my items, got told to fill out a police report but even after I did that, they just ignored it.

Have not even been properly answered just denied. Horrible customer support. Had to contact so many times to get a response.it is the worst customer service I have ever been forced to contact. If you order and it doesn’t go to plan, you might as well have thrown your money in the bin.

In the end I’ve had to contact my bank to get my money back. Shocking!

Got my delivery within the expected timeframe and the customer service was pretty good - Ryan was quite prompt with providing a response.

Great products, however the way they package their bracelets and chains are ridiculous, took me about 30 minutes to open one bloody thing, ridiculous, they need to fix their packaging asap

I’ve been wearing Cernucci for a while now and the quality is honestly next level. The shine, the details, the weight — everything feels premium.

Everywhere I go people ask me if I’m from the US or if I’m a rapper because of the chains and the way they look. That’s the kind of confidence Cernucci gives you.

The jewelry looks expensive, feels expensive, and always gets compliments. Definitely one of the best brands I’ve worn. I’ll be buying again.

I recently contacted Cernucci regarding an order that had unfortunately gone outside of the returns window due to a misunderstanding on my part. Francesca from the Customer Experience Team was incredibly helpful, understanding and professional throughout.

She took the time to listen to my situation and was able to arrange an extension to the returns period as a gesture of goodwill, which I was extremely grateful for. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers and empowers its team to provide excellent service.

The customer service I received from Francesca was outstanding from start to finish – friendly, efficient and genuinely caring. Experiences like this are what keep customers coming back.

Ordered from cernucci with shipping protection, came home and I didn’t even get my order even though it said it was delivered, try to make a claim but got denied when the shipping protection covers lost, stolen, damaged goods, I’m now out of pocket and now out of goods & cernucci haven’t even helped, £400 down the drain do not buy from cernucci!!!!

Terrible ridiculous service. All you get back is generic responses from a generic mailbox. I returned and UNUSED AND UNOPENED item 2 weeks ago and there’s still no update on what’s happening with my refund!? This will be the first and last time I ever purchase from this store
