The service is awful! The management does not respond to ANY queries of residents at all. As leaseholders we have been paying for window cleaning service as part of service charges for OVER a year now at Arden Gate and the windows have not even been cleaned ONCE although they should be cleaned quarterly. The entrance door has got a broken locker for a week now which leaves it unsafe place to live and an easy entrance for homeless and everyone to come in. Jamie a property manager does not respond to emails at all not even to mention that any action has been taken from his side in response to safety concerns or service provision. It honestly could not even be worse!

Management have no time for the people who live at miller height.
The lifts have been out of order for weeks and I have a young baby!!!

I believe Centric is not anymore a company serious as it was. I was contacted to have an interview. I had to speak with a Manager that was a lier because he told me he was working there from 3 years when he was there only 13 months and another one from Latvia.
Looking on the kvk they are without a director. But, I have 22 years of experience as cybersecurity specialist, I worked in USA for Nato in Norfolk Virginia, and I am still in contact with them, but at the end, I was rejected because I do not speak fluently English.
I said they are liers but I should say something worst.....
To be honest, being this a company almost bankrupt, I am glad so. To be much more honest, which Ict company in the Netherlands won't finish bankrupt. Netherlands is not the ict county. Here they see everything in terms of: how much money can I make? That is why now all the it companies left Netherlands. Cowboys they used to say. I totally agree.

Guido, it is nothing changed.

But consider yourself lucky.

You will find another one better of those looser.
