The product was delivered to my house the very next day without any damage or delay in the delivery of the product. The product works perfectly well and has no damage. I am a truly satisfied customer also if I was to buy this product from the main manufactures cite, I would have to pay more than what I would pay when buying it from centralpoint.nl

I spent some times searching through several electronics shops nearby my area but I cannot find any store that has a Kingston MobileLite Wirelss G2. But then, I found it on centralpoint ! It has a wide range of products and also commit fast delivery and free shipment! Now I am very satisfied with this product from Kingston and service by CentralPoint. I will buy more gadgets next time from this website for sure!

This was my first order with Centralpoint.nl, and I was impressed by the width of their selection at very competitive prices. Ordering, paying and delivery were all very smooth and simple.

Delivery was very fast and only took one day. But the product is defective and i returned it one week ago. I asked about the refund several times but still haven't received any reply. Very disappointed.

The shop seems very reliable. I placed the order, and expected it to arrive in 3 days, and instead it arrived in 2 days. So far, so good!

In this situation, I have nothing to complain about. The product price was competitive, shipping was fast, shipment packaging was sufficient, the product arrived without any damage, communication was clear throughout.

Thing I very dislike in shop is their 'consumer protection' policy. I paid for my order with credit card so I had to send copy of my id as a proof that I am the credit card owner. Apart of that it does not make any sense ( if I have stolen somebody's credit card there is a very big chance that i also have his driving licence - which was accepted by the workers of the shop) the procedure of providing my details took a very long time (emails that I sent ware lost, I had to contact shop personally etc.). The biggest surprise to me was that after all those checks my 1500 worth package was sent just as a standard delivery that could be picked up by my neighbor or be stolen from post office with use of the driving licence that in this whole situation could be stolen. This proves that intention of all their regulations is to protect the shop from fraud and not the consumer.

Additionally the information about status of my order was very poor. I couldn't trace my package which is in my opinion should be a standard option.

What is good about a shop is that prices are competitive and that order (after finally proving my id) was sent without any delays.

I found the product I was looking for at a very affordable price and it was delivered within a day. All in all, I was very pleased with the product.

The site was not only the cheapest for this particular Lenovo, but they even managed to get it to me in record time - a day after it became available at the distributor.

I bought a Lenovo All-in-One computer Think Centre Edge 92z. From Centralpoint it was the cheapest on internet and the customer service were so kind as to help explain that whilst it was cheaper than the 91z, it had infact better specs.

The computer arrived quickly and on the day promised. The only worry was that a specific delivery time wasn't given and it was written on the email that it could not be delivered by the neighbours. Luckily I was at home, though the delivery guy for GLS said he always tries to deliver at the neighbours where possible so it was worry for nothing.

Customer service also helpful when I was setting up the computer and couldn't get the wireless mouse to work properly. I first had called Lenovo Support but could not understand what the person was saying. Centralpoint gave clear and easy to follow advice.

Will definately order from them again in the future.

We ordered a computer monitor. Everything went smoothly, no problems. However I have no idea how the delivery would have worked if there was no one at home waiting all day.
