Would not recommend
We were engaged with Celine, and at the start her resume appeared excellent. Experience looked solid, she certainly said a lot of the right things, so we pulled the trigger.
What a mistake this was.
Basic knowledge was sorely lacking as we would have expected them, interpersonal skills, you could write a book on the issues. Trying to sow division between directors, sending personal insults behind peoples backs, incredibly aggressive when challenged. Misuse of personal data became apparent quickly. The lies, the deceit, it is genuinely difficult to find the positive.
Within 6 weeks of working with this 'professional' our whole team had burnt daylight trying to even untangle the lies, and the incompetence, that we all felt we had witnessed. That was the genuinely impressive bit, being this damaging, in such a short period of time.
Avoid this company at whatever cost.
We are STILL uncovering parts of her 'service' that were in abject difference to what was requested, what we were told we were going to get, and what the business needed.
It genuinely boggles the mind, at a personal, or professional level, you simply could not recommend Celinear to your worst enemy, you are not that cruel. If you have read this, and engage with her, you have been warned.
