going above and beyond in after care service
Had a speaker that was just about still under warranty of 5 years and unfortunately the speaker was no longer being sold. Not only did specialist audio get the speaker repaired, but they also managed to send spare wall mounting brackets that had got lost on removal at no extra cost to me. They really went above and beyond to help me out at a cost to themselves - excellent customer service.

A Sound Product ...
Very impressed by the speedy dispatch from The Specialist Audio Co with delivery included in the price and also delivered on time to Northern Ireland ... would recommend and use again.
The first order was a pair of Kef Ci160ER speakers mounted around fourteen feet up and centrally in a vaulted ceiling ... the Atmos experience came to life and was worth the work involved in choosing this location.
A further four matching speakers for front and rear surround were ordered and installed vertically into the walls ... these speakers are marketed for 'in ceiling' but as far as I can see the actual drivers are the same and it's only the shape of the mount that varies ... I like the minimalist look as well.
Very happy with the sound now ... vocal clarity is the best I've experienced with noticeable separation and sound placement around the room.
A lot of work remodeling and running wires through the walls but combined with a Kef subwoofer and Denon amp it was worth it ... maybe replace the Klipsch centre for an in wall Kef next.
