It is absolutely disgusting the way…

It is absolutely disgusting the way this company conduct their business. The level of carelessness and incompetence is beyond comprehension. I was dealing with Thomas who came to investigate an issue in the kitchen on the 5/11/2025 and after 35 days he still did not submit the report to the insurance. The last time I heard from him was 18 / 11 stating I should hear back from my insurance within 2 weeks. Now according to the insurance he asked for extension till 19 /12 .

Bad experience with Amy

Bar expert. Expert cales Amy, make me lost my money and my time. Ask for keys, even with pictures and vídeos, and after this, send the negative appreciation to fuc*** Unigarant Insurance. Both companies, Unigarant, AWNB and CED experts act like a scams. Don’t trust this people. Look for a companhia like Allianz ou Mapfre. Stolen moped from my garage, upload vídeos, pictures, receipts, all stuff, after 20 days to say me: denied payment. So, if you want to have a good experience when you need, look for a reliable company. Not Unigarant or AWNB insurance, because they will only took your money and when you need support, they will find some mistake from you and deny the payment.

Utterly victimized and disregarded

One year ago my family and I were involved in a traffic accident, and I must say that the experience with this insurance company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their admittance of liability, I am utterly disgusted by their handling of my damage claim.
The emotional trauma from the accident took time to manifest. We were in shock immediately after the incident, focused on the well-being of our children and the practicalities of the situation. It was only later, after returning home, that the full extent of the emotional distress became apparent. However, instead of understanding this, the company has callously used this as an excuse to offer a measly compensation, disregarding the unequivocal link between the accident and our suffering.
Moreover, their incredibly sluggish response and handling have only added insult to injury. They mention "pre-existing complaints" before the accident, without any substantial medical evidence to support this claim. What??? We are beyond disappointed and frustrated with this entire ordeal. We had hoped that the insurance company would display even a hint of professionalism, but it's evident that their interests lie elsewhere. As victims, our trust and rights have been trampled upon, and the so-called "just compensation" is a cruel joke.
In short, if you're ever unfortunate enough to deal with this insurance company, prepare for an ordeal that will leave you feeling utterly victimized and disregarded.

Unbelievably bad service

Unbelievably bad service! They were appointed by ABNAMRO to assist me with my insurance claim, they took weeks to to come to my house, treated me like I was a suspect for the rain / water damage and then took weeks to submit their report to ABNAMRO. After numerous emails and phone calls to them they finally summited a report to ABNAMRO which I am now challenging. ABNAMRO would not do anything about my claim until they received the report from CED Group. I do not trust this company at all!
