I bought borderlands 2 From this website yesterday, paid in full. Not only did it take 13 hours+ for them to email me the key, but they sent me a key that doesn't work for the united states. An hour ago I sent them a reply asking for either a new key or a refund and they have yet to reply. I feel like this was all a mistake on their part, for I specified I live in the US, but it sure is annoying.

It took almost a day to get my keys, which is far from the instant delivery claimed on the site, but within the 24 hour maximum. If it didn't say "Instant Delivery" I wouldn't complain. As it is, that's the only black mark on the site. I've bought 3 keys and all worked great and were as cheap as I could find anywhere.

I had a problem with the version of game, but the sales support helped me to fix the issue and sent me another key to solve my problem

I bought Of Orcs and Men for $17.99 ($team wanted $39.99) and got my key in 8 minutes. I had a small problem with activation but it was on my end (I had Telephony and Remote Access Connection Manager turned off, these MUST be on) and a quick Google search fixed it. Will buy from again.
