I ran into an issue where I had the aliases of the artists on the album cover, but when creating the music packages, it only asked for legal names, with no fields available for the pseudonyms they used. It delayed the project some, but overall everything went as well as could be expected. I would like to see a workaround for the above, though.

Cd baby is great to deal with, this is the 1st project that I have done with them, I hope to do many more with them.

What made my experience great? The excitement that CD Baby puts into just inputting songs. Step by step easy to follow directions help immensely which set clear parameters. CD Baby have been around the block a couple times and have their stuff together.

Though I am quite challenged with technology, and I would welcome phone/personal customer service or help, I with CD Baby ‘s ‘help’ service, was able to get resolution. A phone contact would be a very welcome addition to customer service.

The best forever!!!

I've made a living in the music industry for over 5 decades. But, even at this point, new successful releases are possible with cd baby. Not only possible, but exciting, and handled with all the tools necessary for the independent artist/producer to get their music to the public.

This was my first time using CD Baby to get my music distributed and they did not disappoint!! Everything was smooth from start to finish, communication was great, and the finished product is fantastic!

Just a few errors while sending the album to Deezer and Amazon (linked to another artist with same name). Other than that it was so good to reach this goal!

Tooo many screw ups linked my album to wrong artist page on Amazon when I was told I was getting a new artist profile now I am trying to release a single and can’t because now my Spotify artist profile which was made by you guys doesn’t show then last time my Apple Music page didn’t show which delayed released I can’t get access to my YouTube artist profile cause I don’t even know how too because the way it was distributed to YouTube it’s just non stop issues why is my music being mismatched sent out all over and then the wrong places at that I think when a new profile is made I should then get an Email of all links needed to get access etc this is honestly disappointing as an artist who does it all alone and kind of off putting honestly like makes me not even want to release cause of constant issues im paying for horrible service

I think a small tutorial could be convenient (specially if it's the first time you enter the page), besides that I think it's really ez to use.
My BIG problem I that I can't have contact with a human service support and the fact you can't create YT artist channels anymore, that's actually the main reason I disliked your service

It was 3weeks to my album launch when I submitted my work. I was a bit scared that I may not get my work live before time but It all worked out well. I am very happy and thankful that my release was on time. Thank you CD Baby Team

This is still the most simple, straightforward way to get your music out there. Don't be fooled by the sites that will take your music down the minute you stop paying them. These guys keep it simple. I've been doing business here for 15 years and I'm not going anywhere.
