I wish I could give them a minus star…

I wish I could give them a minus star rate this company is the worst company I have ever come across firstly they pose to be the other parties insurance and accepted full liability and tricked me into using them provided me the best courtesy car and mislead me to believe that they were the other parties insurance when I questioned them they didn’t think to correct me they just agreed to being the other side insurers it was only when I did my own research thankfully I figured out what their game was and cancelled within 3 4 days, at this point they begged and pleaded that I don’t cancel and made all these big promises to get me a good payout for my damaged vehicle I still chose to cancel which didn’t sit well with them as they had been found out and there cover had been blown they then tried to bill me over £5000 for the courtesy car for the time I had the vehicle which was only a few days when I spoke to the care hire company they told me they were only charging £65 a day for the vehicle so basically this company was making a profit of £520 a day!!! absolutely appalled day light robbery I was shocked and disgusted when I quested them they made up lies. I wish I had read there reviews before using them but after having such a bad crash my head was all over the place and I contacted them and they took advantage of me and wanted my 60k car for themselves thankfully I pulled out before they could steal my car that’s what they are robbers! They want to take peoples cars right them off then sell them on and make a big cheque for themselves, the people that they have working for them are absolutely aware of what’s going on but act oblivious and don’t like to answer the questions you ask! please avoid this company or you will be homeless as they will take everything off you even the roof over your head greedy scheming thief's!

I wish I had read these reviews first.

I wish I had read these reviews first.
I've had nothing but aggro with this lot. They can't even tell you the truth. Your claims handler is always out of the office or on annual leave.
I didn't even give them 1 star

Do not use under any circumstance!!!

Do not use under any circumstance!!!
Someone drove into the side of me which was caught on a dash cam. I called this company who gladly took the case. Within a day they took my car away to be fixed and gave me a hire car.
A week or so later they offered me a stupid price for my car saying it was written off. The garage told me it was surface damage only.
Whilst arguing my case and not accepting the price. They sold my car behind my back to copart. I found out by calling the garage as I needed my childrens things.
Months later I have solicitors calling and emailing me non stop saying I must provide bank statements and payslips, as they can't get the money back for the car hire from the other insurance company.
I have provided these and blanked out my personal sort code and account number. Which they then threatened me if I dont provide I will be 'unbarred' and I must provide this information.
It's been a living hell for nearly a year!
Cc response is now CC Response NW. So please check paperwork.
Finding out if there's a way to report this company, as it looks like im not the first this has happened to!

AVOID! this company will cause you undue stress and seek finance from you when they fail to rip off the other insurer

Seems we have also fallen into their ‘replacement car’ scam after our car was crashed into and the other party took full responsibility- DO NOT USE - we are now being hounded by them and their sols for all our personal financial details as other insurers are disputing the cost of the replacement car and I don’t blame them as it’s apparently over £10k for 22 days! Read reviews on google and here and avoid like the plague! This company will keep your car for longer than necessary, tell you this wasn’t your fault so you are covered for replacement car, try to rip off the other insurers then come after you for the costs AVOID!!!!

fraudulent and unprofessional

Avoid this fraudulent and unprofessional company. They lack the necessary skills and offer no protection to customers. Additionally, the company director is aggressive and violent.

I paid a £500 deposit a couple of months ago, but in return, I have only received abuse and disrespect. They have now blocked my number -NO response to emails or letters.

I found them efficient and…

I found them efficient and professional. My vehicle was a wright off and was given a fair price for the vehicle that was written off.
My car was obviously a write so no complaints. They collected my vehicle on the day of the accident and had a courtesy car next day.
Chris and the other members of the team were easy to talk to and always available.

Avoid at all COSTS

Avoid at all COSTS.
they told me my car was total loss which they have sold and is back on the road. I wanted to retain it and I did tell them on many occasions because I didn’t trust them. The 3rd party insurance paid out less salvage value which CC Response paid instead.
They basically robbed me of my car but I am exploring options I.e ombudsman and will be taking them to court. I am just shocked at how they think they can do this and get away with it and this also tells me that this isn’t the first claim they have treated like this.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Motor Claims Line (CC Response.co.uk) following a non-fault accident. Their communication was consistently poor, with delayed responses and ignored emails. They made errors in valuation, which they quickly corrected, but this only highlighted their lack of attention to detail in other areas.

The company seemed more focused on minimizing payouts than advocating for me as their client. They dismissed comparable vehicle examples I provided without proper consideration, and failed to provide the full engineer's report despite multiple requests.

Their handling of the claim lacked transparency and left me without crucial information about next steps. I even had to report my vehicle as stolen due to their failure to provide closure on the process.

To make matters worse, I incurred additional costs with my insurance company because Motor Claims Line didn't guide me properly through the process.

While they claim to operate within regulatory guidelines, their service falls far short of what a customer should expect. I deeply regret choosing Motor Claims Line for my claim and would not recommend their services to anyone seeking fair and efficient handling of a motor claim.

Scam

Scam! Do Not Use!

These companies use SEO tricks to ensure that when you look for your own insurance companies phone number you get a result which is their number instead. They then promise a great service and no effect on your no claims. Service is awful and next time you get insured you have to declare anyway.

I don't know how they get money but I went through a claim with them and at the end they tried to bully me into accepting a payout from a third party (who had fully accepted liability) for 60% of my vehicles value. Perhaps they get a set fee and want claims done without complication? Perhaps they get more if they convince you to accept less?

I instructed them not to accept this offer as I wanted to demonstrate the market value of my vehicle is much higher.

Against my wishes they went right ahead and accepted the offer on my behalf. They gave examples.of broken cars and projects needing timing belts or with No MOT as justification for the lowball valuation... I had 12 months MOT and didnt need a new belt for 80,000 miles.
They threatened me with losing my car entirely with no recourse because I would have to pay Coparts collection and storage fees.

I was forced to pay £144 to collect my vehicle from Copart and I had to travel across the country to do this. The cars worth between £6.5k and £7k so it was still worthwhile.

I was then able to restart my claim through my real insurance company but this was made much harder as the delays had meant I had used up a three week limit on curtesy vehicles which vehicle hire firms are willing to take a gamble on. The vehicle hire firms refused to hire me a vehicle for any more time incase a court may decide it was an unreasonably long time and the third party would not have to pay the bill.
