Unlawful promotion money taken

CCleaner should advise the customers that buying the professional CCleaner that they are on a promotional loop.
And not just take any amount of money without warn the customer a week before that a debit of any amount is going to be taken from the customer . Then the customer have time to think if he or her want to keep on paying for the service.
Taking money without warning is against the law and a very bad behavior.

Easy to Use

Ive been using CCleaner for a while now. Its easy to use for people who arent computer savvy. Does a great job quickly and effectively.

It is invasive

It is invasive. It runs in the background all the time despite telling it not to, how do I know this you ask? Because it spontaneously pops up its been updated.... if its NOT running in background how the Fcapital F would it KNOW?

I don't know what else to do

After finally getting a response from this company, and it was just a form letter; you are back where you started. Now I have 2 people sending a form letter and when you try to respond there is no way to do so. I am so tired the time I have spent just trying to confirm what i originally paid for. I keep wanting to assist them but keep running into dead ends.
