Its all honesty, using CCBD to secure jobs is just pissing in the wind. You might as well just throw your money down the drain.

We initially agreed on signing up to a 12 month contract with a money back guarantee if we did not secure a job with them.

We have been working with CCBD for over a year now and have not secured any work through them. We have submitted several PQQ forms with several companies, all with no positive outcome.

Every time we followed up on jobs, we have been told that the projects team is waiting on this or that. A whole year has passed on us chasing our tails on this.

The whole point of signing on with them was to get jobs from the construction companies they claimed they have connections with.

When they failed to secure a job with the companies they made us fill PQQs for, they started sending us tender documents that we already have access to through portals like Proactis (Which by the way is a free portal).

I would honestly not trust a lot of those 5 star reviews because we ourselves were contacted about 2 month ago to give a 5 star review. I responded saying that I will do that when they secure a job for us.

A lot of the reviews state that it was nice talking to so and so but I have not come across reviews saying they have secured actual jobs. That just says paints the picture for you.

We had requested our full money back but they turned around on a fine print on the contract saying that we should have put in a complaint 10 days before contract expired. And because of this they are not willing to give our money back. If you check other reviews, they have done this to several other companies. Very dodgy, don't you think.

We are now down £2,000 with nothing to show for.

Again I would advice to avoid the company unless you want to set your money on fire. Not worth it at all.

This business development team are by far the best in business and Isabella is 100% the goat of tendors. Highly recommend

BUNCH OF CROOKS! AVOID! I HAVE PAID £4,800.00

Before I’d signed up with CCBD I was promised by Rosy that I would get full support in developing my business and that if I didn't win any contracts I would get a full refund after 6months… Well I didn’t win any work and CCBD have had no input in developing my business. When I’d asked for my money back after 6 months I was falsely accused by their so called MD Chris of being offered 3-4 potential projects but that I hadn’t responded. I have phone records and written evidence to prove that I was chasing for more information but nobody bothered to push things through or keep me updated. I was desperate for work at the time, why else would I have paid £4,800.00?… wouldn’t make any sense for me not to respond.

After refusing to refund me my money, their MD Chris made me another verbal promise over the phone and said that he would personally be dealing with my file in winning me work and that if I didn't receive any new projects within another 6 months, that he would ensure I get my money back. 4 months have passed now after he made this promise and I haven't heard from him since.

I am fed up as enough of my time has been wasted and I will be pushing through with legal proceedings imminently as these people haven't delivered anything that has benefited my company.

I will not stop chasing this even if it means I will lose money on legal proceedings as it's become a matter of principle and somebody has to stop these scammers.

I will also be writing to the police and all other regulating authorities as I can see that I'm not the only person who has suffered and I am sure there are more to come.

Absolute 100% scam. They send you projects which you then put a quote in if you can, some of them have such little information and minimal drawings for them. You then hear nothing back from anyone about this project or sometimes if your lucky the main contractor cancels the job or some other lie comes about. I have a trail of emails stating all these types of things and making excuses and promising delivery of service which then just falls on deaf ears.

I have paid £2500 and after 6 months I said things haven't worked out and I have secured no work so I would like a refund, they have now stated they have introduced me to clients so thats all they need to do as per there terms and conditions. I could have emailed these companies directly or via LinkedIn myself and saved £2500. I won't be letting this go as they haven't done anything for me or my business to warrant spending this money.
They could not do enough for me till I made the transfer of money then thats when it went all wrong and I stopped getting replies pretty much straight away. The Contracts department send you out drawings then they never get back to you or if they do it takes weeks and week with no actual answers for the information your chasing up.

They are just a clueless middle man within the construction industry who actually are just trying to con people out of hard earned money. They don't offer anything they promise to deliver. Please don't be fooled by them and there dodgy sales tactics.

These are con people I paid them £3000 they sent me to a job when I arrived the people was shocked I was there and was laughing at us basically one of the worst moment in my working career then sent us jobs the other side of the country to compete with people from Essex for a job in Essex obviously would be impossible for us to do then they never sent us one job with a realistic chance of winning it as they was to far one never even had the information to do the job we asked for a correct asbestos survey never got any contact back from them when the time was up and we asked for are refund for wasting are time and putting are company in a bad light to other companies who seen us as a joke also they said we have introduced you to people and done are job these are from my point of view a big con please anyone thinking they can help you they are just a con
