I thought hard about this. When you buy the product should be in a serviceable ready to use state. The product I purchased was not. I am not to sure who was at fault. But the tent should have been checked properly.
An inadequate excuse but no friction.

I purchased a pair of Huber Dachstein gloves from Amazon and based on one of Amazon’s reviewer’s comments that glove sizes were ‘...on the large side so order down...’I ordered a small size.
On receipt of the gloves I found that they were quite a neat fit and my fear was that they may shrink a little during exposure to wetting/drying cycles experienced when hillwalking, I requested a change to a large size (medium not available option). Cave & Crag quickly agreed to my request. I really liked the gloves which were the cosiest and most comfortable I’ve found so far. Whilst awaiting agreement to return the gloves I told my nephew about the gloves and, as he is currently working in Russia and feels the cold a lot, he agreed to take the gloves. I contacted Alan at Cave & Crag and ordered a new large size and received them within two days. Full marks to Alan and the team and I’m looking forward to warm hands during future hillwalking and Munro outing.

It would have been 5 stars as order and product were fine but delivery was a struggle. Paid for next day delivery and it was only first attempted two days later and as I was not home that day rearranged but tracking was not updated and I had to chase the delivery company (APC) to confirm new day.
