After I got scammed by a different shop with a similar name (and fake reviews!), I was really worried when trying this shop. I went and checked their registration number. Found the shop listed, and decided to go through with my order. Happy to report, all went well :) The rosary I ordered was out of stock, so someone from the team wrote me a kind email with 2 alternative options, and replaced my order at no extra cost. I'm genuinely happy with how it all turned out. My order was delivered really fast (got it like 2 days after the confirmation email), and came with cute little prayer cards and nice packaging. I can wholeheartedly recommend this store if you need any gifts or something for yourself.

I placed an order for a rosary on June 3rd. The following day, I received an automated email stating that my order wasn't completed and the payment had failed. However, my bank records showed the payment was successfully processed on June 4th, 2025. The order number CGS-251446 was created by their own system. With no phone number available, I could only submit a generic online form, which felt like it disappeared into the void. I can't recommend this service. Update: After receiving the email, I got a confirmation that my order was shipped, and the rosary arrived on June 5th. It was much smaller than anticipated (my fault for not checking, as I was in a hurry) and arrived damaged, with the cross and some chain pieces detached. The website offered no return policy or contact information. Since it was a gift for a Catholic friend who is unwell, I attempted to repair it with small pliers. I regret choosing this company.

I came on trust pilot before I purchased a rosary because I was thinking, this must be a scam. And all of the high reviews seems a bit too good to be true but I thought. Let's see what happens.

Now my original order had a small issue. But there was no way for them to see that before shipping. Easily an honest mistake.

So I went on the "contact us" page. Filled out a form and they responded in 1 business day, issue resolved in 2 business days.

I can see myself being a return customer because when things didn't go exactly to plan, the fast and courteous way it was resolved was a credit to them

I ordered a beautiful gold miraculous medal necklace which arrived quickly and packaged so nicely. They also included some prayer cards. The necklace itself is solid and beautiful. I will be ordering from here again.
