Get your act together

I have been waiting 33hrs for withdrawal and still pending. Spoke with chat who advise a repeated answer high traffic will be soon. It is sane pasted answers in chat and no action even though they are all very nice. I really enjoyed this site but it’s the same story when withdrawing winnings so all be off to other sites going forward as not service we want when withdrawing.

Does not get any worse than casumo

Does not get any worse than casumo. For such a great site when it first launched, to what its become now is just proof of what greed does to the owners.

Runs like all rouge casinos when it comes to withdrawals. Security hold, documents, reviews, Proof of funds, Addiction, you name it casumo will use it to not pay you out.

I would recommend mecca over this pile of dog poop any day of the week, at least on the very few occasions when you do win, they dont argue with you withdrawing!

Please don't use these robbing scum bags. I made a withdrawal on 21st October and when I checked why I hadn't received it was told they needed the same ID I have already sent them. After hours on the live chat, I got an email today (7 days later) to say they will send it after the 30th???? WHAT ON EARTH? They are scammers and I have contacted the ombudsman and the gambling Commissioner. Please don't use, they don't pay out and are a bunch of clowns and scammers

In response to their message, they blocked my account after threatening to go to the ombudsman and gambling commissioner. I have nothing polite to say about this company. They said they couldn't begin the transfer til 31st Oct but suddenly could do it before that date when they pushed me to my limit and I bit back. I would advise everyone to avoid this site like the plague.

They are worse than awful and I strongly suggest doing your research on how many fines they've had for acting immorally. They haven't learnt their lesson and doing the same things today.

All seems OK so far

Well, was looking for a new bookie to try and found this one, and so far so good (day 3), its not bad infact pretty good. Good selection of casino and sports, easy site to navigate and was pleasantly surprised by ease of withdrawals. I use uk debit card and received money within the hour. I dont bet big and so not been asked for any id checks yet but am sure that will come, as it does with all regulated bookmakers these days. So yep, early days, and no need to contact support so cant rate them but all works. No live streaming of racing but not all bookies do. Thanks very my Casumo, so far so good.

I'm still waiting for my Chat Transcripts. They are refusing to give me them. It's illegal not to provide them. I need them because I'm in touch with Malta Gaming Authority. They've gone against there own Terms and Conditions. If your a Casumo Customer check Terms and conditions 9.2. You might be affected by it. If so contact Malta, Uk and Gibraltar Authorities. Hard to cashout

Horrible casino makes it hard for you to withdraw apparently a hospital bill is not enough to show proof of adress. they are only doing this to make it hard for you to withdraw ur cash also they use manipulating methods such as "cancelling withdrawals" to gain more chance of you getting greedy and loosing it all. nothing new but just a heads up my advice is stick to more famous and trustworthy casinos i had a horrible experience its funny how its so easy to deposit but a hell to withdraw.

They wouldn't let me withdraw my money. I spent 4 days in there online chat. They were saying I needed photo identification so they could verify my account. They kept saying its in terms and conditions. So I checked the terms and conditions. They actually broken there own terms and conditions. They've been fined and warned by the commission before. The condition I got them on was 9.2 terms and conditions.

If you've had problems with these check the terms and conditions they've probably broke there own. If they have broken them. You want to report them.

Won over £3,400 and they rejected withdrawal.

I recently played at Casumo and won over £3,400 using bonus funds from their welcome offer. My gameplay was genuine — mostly slots.

After completing wagering requirements, my winnings were confiscated and my withdrawal denied. Casumo stated I breached bonus terms — but some of the terms they quoted in their email don’t appear anywhere on their own website. My legal advisors have also checked this thoroughly.

The published terms clearly state that the maximum allowed bet is £5 per spin or £0.50 per bet line. I never exceeded this limit. Since UK law also caps slot spins at £5, it’s hard to see how I could have broken that rule.

It feels as though Casumo may be applying unpublished terms to justify withholding valid winnings. I’ve raised a formal complaint and been told to wait up to 8 weeks, which seems excessive given the clarity of the issue.

I hope Casumo reviews this case transparently and resolves it fairly. I’ll update this review once it’s resolved.
