We bought our new Castle Green home on Orchard Place in Thornton.

They've been brilliant in helping us with the move with Bianca and Donna in the sales team always available.

Once we moved in they have a true desire to make the customer happy. Peter, the site manager, has been looking to resolve the snags quickly and to a high standard.

Overall they have been superb!

Really helpful and friendly sales assistant and good size , value for money homes.

We had an excellent viewing experience with my family. The executive took the time to explain everything in detail and patiently addressed all our questions. We really liked the overall site, layout, and quality of construction. Thank you.

As we celibate some 14 months with Castle Green as anticipated and advised some minor cracks appeared in the expected places.
Took a few snaps and put them on the user friendly app. Contacted within 24 hours and date confirmed, we were very happy to meet Daniel who never stopped for two days. Dan even identified areas I hadn’t noticed. Very happy with the service . And thanks to Rachel for coming back to use so quickly.

Buying a home can be extremely stressful, especially for the first time buyer. With Castle Green Homes at BWV, we were lucky to have both Sally and Hilary guide us from start to finish. From show home viewings and multiple plot visits, we were never rushed and allowed to see things as the building site was continually developing. Both Sally and Hilary made the process enjoyable giving their snippets of wisdom and always very quick to respond to phone calls and e-mails. We are grateful for their help and support in buying our new home.

Our experience of buying our home at Bridgewater View has been really positive, the team of Sally, Sian and Hilary have been friendly and efficient and really good at communicating and responding. We chose the house and moved in within less than a month. Our move in was smooth. We have only small snags and these are being handled quickly by Joe. Would fully recommend. Thanks to the whole team!

Myself and my partner moved into our first home on the 18th December 2025, everyone has been so helpful, Hilary and sally have been amazing and the builders have been fab!

Myself and my partner visited orchard place last week to have a look around the site and show homes.
We found the quality of the build and the layout of the site fabulous.
We found Donna to be exceptionally helpful, friendly and informative. She was also a perfect blend of helpful whilst not overbearing. We were very happy with our first experience of Castle Green.

Hilary and Sally were AMAZING.

Throughout our experience with Castle Green to buy our first home, Sally and Hilary have been incredible. From mortgage acceptance through to keys handed over, it's been a perfect experience for us being first time buyers.
I can't thank them enough for being super kind as well as supportive!

Donna & Bianca have been brilliant throughout the sale process and Chris (site manager)has been amazing during the moving in process.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! When we first walked in and Ellis showed us around a replica of the final Henley which was on sale, we fell in love straight away and paid to secure the plot! The whole experience from then was so smooth! We were told we would be in before Christmas and that we were! Goff looked after us from there and always was willing to go the extra mile and help us with any questions we had! When we first walked in to the property, we couldn’t believe how well it looked as you always hear about new builds but the standard in which castle green live up to certainly was met with our home! There was obviously a few snags but nothing that can’t be easily fixed!
Overall, we can’t thank Ellis, Rihanna and Goff enough for such excellent customer service and making our move to our first house such a memorable experience!

Sally was incredibly helpful, friendly and made my whole family feel welcome. The show homes are absolutely stunning too.

We visited Castle Green at Llys Coed for an unscheduled viewing and were immediately put at ease by Carol.
She was warm, welcoming and non judgmental, and gave us real belief that we could actually do the deal.
We were not ready to buy straight away and simply wanted to test the market and see what was available. Despite that, Carol treated us with genuine interest and no pressure, which was refreshing.

Within six weeks we had our keys, and Heather was equally kind and supportive throughout the process. Together Carol and Heather make an excellent sales team who are knowledgeable, reassuring and genuinely helpful.

Getting sick of these lot ruining green space in north Wales. They seem hell bent on destroying every lovely green field around.

Heather and Laura have been great and made the process of buying a house at Hawthorn Meadows enjoyable and stress free. I’m only up to the exchange stage, but I can’t foresee any issues to completion given my experience so far. Would highly recommend.
