Good Service Great Product
Popped into the shop and they were really helpful.
The order process was relatively simple and the radiator arrived on time.
The delivery driver put the radiator at the top of the drive as requested.
The radiator looks really good and arfived in good condition.
I cannot comment about issues as there havent been any

Great radiator but getting it is hard work
Radiator is fabulous. Ordering it was hard work - after you order on line, they send you an email and you have to confirm this before they progress your order. Bit of a cumbersome process. Then the delivery is a pain - curbside delivery only and they won't give you a time slot. Not a great delivery experience for a £500+ radiator. Such a shame that the service is letting down a lovely product.

Firstly we are glad you are happy with your radaitor, it is always great to hear from our customers that they are satisfied with their product.
In regards to your comments when placing the order, due to this being a made to order product and non returnable, we do send all our customers a bespoke order confirmation email once the order is placed, as we like to ensure the colour, sizes and all information is a 100% correct before we process the order. I do apologise if this was inconvenient.
To address your comments in relation to the delivery process, we fully understand that the kerbside delivery can be challenging for our customers, unfortunately this is something that is controlled by the transport industries and their insurance companies.
We are as transparent about this and do advise all our customers of the kerbside delivery on the bespoke order confirmation email that is sent before the order is processed.
This is an area that we are continuously working with our vendors and their transport companies, so we are able to make the delivery service a better experience for our customers.
Again, thank you for your feedback & sorry for any inconvenience caused.
