Cast Iron Radiator Centre Reviews 

I did a lot of research before making the purchase and chose CIRC because they had lots of good reviews. It pays to do this as the service I received was fantastic. The radiators were delivered when they said they’d be delivered and they are truly stunning. I chose the Ascot radiators in Antique Bronze with matching valves. We are so pleased and would have no hesitation in ordering again from this company. Just make sure you know how heavy they are and have a plan re getting them from the drive into the house as you need a few people to lift them!

Have used CIRC for many radiators for our house renovation spending thousands with them. We finally needed one more 4 column radiator and went for a 3 column radiator (have never ordered this before). Well I need to be honest the 3 column radiator is a let down and I don’t recommend that one compared to the 4 ones. The finish is very grubby and looks like a second. I reached out to the company but was told that’s just the way it is as they are moulded. I did say I wasn’t happy about it. My husbands number was on the order and couldn’t talk so asked to call me and have my number - well never ever got that call. So now left after spending thousands of pounds with the company with a very shoddy looking radiator. Unfortunately, wouldn’t recommend due to their responses and really not that interested. I said quality control should have been checked and they said nothing more. Disappointed.

The customer service I received from this company was excellent and their products are competitively priced for what they are. Not being an expert on Cast Iron radiators they were able to give me the right advice. The radiators are now installed in my Georgian property and look fantastic! Thanks.

The website was easy to navigate & was very informative. We were updated with regards to the despatch & delivery of our order regularly. I forgot to order some accessories even though there was a reminder during the initial radiator order !!. Having ordered the accessories they arrived very promptly. Great service. Stunning Rads and exceptional customer service.

Our new radiator is at last in and belting out its warmth. There was a slight stall as one of the end caps leaked but this was remedied immediately with zero fuss and instantly replaced, we are very grateful. Excellent product and company and that we would thoroughly recommend.
