13 out of 18 chimineas listed for sale on the website are showing out of stock. I have sent emails and made a number of phone calls this past week to query if more stocks are on the way, I have received no reply. whilst the website still seems to function I am wondering if the company is still trading?
Paint peeled off after first use, no reply from customer services, I give it a 3 star as I like the chimnea, but I had to remove the defective paint myself then buy propper heatproof paint and paint it myself
I bought a Swanbourne 3.6x3m fixed gazebo recently that was out of stock in many other outlets. The product is fantastic but the speed of delivery along with the price was surprisingly excellent, even if Covid-19 restrictions were not in place. The website might not be super modern but I’d shop here again and recommend it based on this transaction.
