Badly managed online casino, I will stay away from these guys.

Deposited £10 lost it all quickly but that is not the problem here. There bonuses do not trigger at all. I was promised 50 free spins on Reel King after my deposit but these 50 free spins did not activate. When i tried to use them it put me in either demo mode or just the regular paying slot. Odd.

So i won another 10 free spins on their big dumb pizza wheel thing and guess what? Same as before free spins did not activate. Very odd.

So i checked my account for bonuses etc and apparently all those free spins have been "lost,cancelled or expired" not odd at all...just dumb and nonsensical.

In conclusion don't bother with Calzone Casino, their website and general terms are a confusing mess and they don't give you what you are owed. Stay clear!

been with them for a few years and had a deposit limit set withe them. hit a wee win and played on to be hit with an error then being unable to login. tried changing passwords to no avail. chat/email button wouldnt work on website. got hold of email and sent away to find issue to be told that they jad set me a limit of 90mins play per day without asking or notifying me and had me fill in a questionaire to gain access to the account again. Poor communication and customer service boys

Very poor. I made a request for a withdrawal and despite providing evidence of my identity and address received more and more requests asking for more and more information. Not a very good casino.

regards to my previous post i asked for my acount to be shut down after all the messing about hours in chat over twenty withdrawals put back into my acount four days constantly trying to withdraw added back to my balance tryed every option multiple times with chat to get money out in the end got that anoyed off after four day i rinsed my entire balance off and asked them to close my acount definitely stay away from this casino they will take your money and mess you about adding it back no matter what you do till you spend it out your balance they will probs pay small withdrawals like i said had 300 hundred ages ago no probs but if you get up to over a grand no chance your getting your money you only have to google about them not paying and people the same how this casino has a uk licence is crazy wants shutting down my opinion and i registered to this threw a well known streamer whos affiliated with them so be careful people my advised do proper checks with reviews and stuff and make sure the casino is well well known avoid like the plague
