Customer support is so responsive and provided me with resolution to delivery issue.

The shipping is extremely slow. Why even use UPS for a small package when USPS is way faster. It literally take over a week to get it. I order almost the same thing from other company and been got it. 10 day shipping is terrible. If you want to wait 10 days go head.

I made a purchase..twice cuzz 1st payment got denied by your website...the 2nd one got denied too .
I've been charged twice ...but there was no purchase confirmation.
I'm trying to reach the customer service...there is no phone number.
I sent an email n a message to your website.
Hopefully you will do something about this issue

Customer service is awesome I was worried about a order I had placed being late and asked for a refund and I received one the same day and then Monday came and my package was in the mail I received a email that said to keep my order and that they was sorry for the delay can you believe that I will be making all my order from here from now on, I hope this makes your questions about weather or not you should order from here easy . I order 3 setsand only received 2. I ordered two size small Kobe Bryant Jersey sets and one extra small Kobe Bryant Jersey set. But I received one small number 23 Jersey set and one number 24 Kobe Bryant 2xs. While order wrong
