Don't make and error or your DENIED
I applied and entered in a Bank account that wasn't accepted and rather than allowing me to continue I should have been given an error code for an acceptable payment method. Instead, CASHNETUSA denies your application and refuses to let you make changes and/or reapply. How's that for costumer support and relations.

When I tried to extend my loan payments out to make them more affordable, I was told that they couldn't do that. I have to call every other week to have payments moved. They will not work with you at all.

Can't even provide basic info
They cannot even tell me basic information on when I can apply again after being denied due to using an inadequate bank to try and apply. After fixing the issue it just now keeps saying due to previous loans, and when contacting customer support they just said to write to them and apparently they can't access basic information of their own system.

Don’t ever use this company.
Have repeatedly had to call to have stuff adjusted/handled as their customer service does not respond to emails. Every time I’ve spoken to a representative they’ve spoken to me as if I’ve personally offended them with my questions and concerns. Had my payment date moved from Wednesday to Friday and then they decided to start charging me on Tuesday’s instead. This company is such a joke.
