First of all this company claims to be in Germany and it is not. Their cases are IKEA put-together kits but much cheaper than IKEA items. At least IKEA has the decency to give you tools and place holes and precut all the kit while here they send you wood pieces you can simply buy for a fraction of the price in any hardware store. In short, don't throw your money away with these people.

Just received my drum case/podium. It took just 5 days from designing it to receiving the finished article. Beautifully built , exactly to spec and excellent value for money. The guys at Casebuilder were very helpful. Will definitely use them again next time I need a case...
Wrong cases were delivered despite extra inquiries/assurances re: the required specifications. Then the delivery of replacement parts was a complete fiasco including multiple delays with the parts ultimately being delivered to a totally unrelated company AND us being told we had to track them down!
